I started down this road at 13 years old during the Cuban missile crisis. The graph of my long term progress has a lot of peaks and valleys, some radical. If this is just a fad then it's easy to walk away from it. But the whole reason I do this stuff is my wife and every time I look at her and think about her, I get motivated again. Knowing she trusts me to protect her spurs me on.

I feel it from time to time as well especially yesterday on Independence Day. One foot in front of the other!
