This is good advice, and all of us who deal with anxiety should remember it. I've heard that if you concentrate on relaxing and untensing your muscles, it can really help you sleep too. On a related subject, I have read that it takes more facial muscles to frown than it does to smile, so smiling is less work and makes you happier!
