I remember this from an 'every movie Jeffery Combs was in' movie marathon and honestly, it was the one most people used for a bathroom break. I caught most of it and really, the comic art in it was pretty neat to see and the monster is very well designed and brought to life.

By the time Cellar Dweller was released in the US in late 1988, Band had already sold the company. Band formed Full Moon in 1988, and Puppet Master was the first Full Moon release in 1989.
