could've sworn we've already talked about this

Trope Talk: Time Travel!

Immediately after watching this, I rewatched _Blackadder Back and Forth_ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rzHn2H2V8N4 which contains not only a competent amount of sarcasm but also much to be sarcastic _about_. Also on recommendations, the non-canon Doctor Who audio adventure _Ghosts of N-Space_ (CD available on Amazon), with all its faults, does make interesting use of some classic time travel tropes. (Also other tropes, gothic horror, devil worship, etc etc.)

Y'know, you mentioned the Butterfly Effect. It would've been nice to have had a brief explanation of the concept (for the young'uns who aren't up on such things), as well as the story it originated in, Ray Bradbury's "Sound of Thunder". While Bradburt didn't invent the term (a meteorologist did that, in the '60s), he did come up with the entire idea and the imagery that inspired the meteorologist,

I can't stress enough how awesome The Company series by Kage Baker is. If you like time travel, this is a genuinely unique take on it - or at least I've yet to find any other series that handles time travel in such an elegant way. Things tie together across 7 books in such a deeply satisfying way that I'm extremely pleased she was able to finish it before she died (way too early, from leukemia, ugh).

Good humor in the parteon description, great video as always!
