Quick Heads Up on a Sales Tax Change

Starting this month, Patreon is updating its payment system to conform to new sales-tax laws in various countries and US States. Most of you wont see a change, and the sales tax being imposed is roughly in the 5-10% range.
If you’re in a place where sales tax changes are going into effect, you'll get an email from Patreon with more information. I just wanted to make this post to let you know ahead of time, that this isn't just a you-thing, and that this is a fairly minor change.
