They're all hard, across the board. The images might look a little confusing because sometimes the crowdmate team uses renders for the product pages, as we had to make promotion material before the pins were actually produced

I would normally suggest referring this to support@crowdmade.com, but time is running short, so I might advise you to open the link in an anonymous tab and try again. It should start a brand new session any time someone opens the tab (otherwise only one patron would be able to use it), so using an incognito tab and a separate email for checkout should let you be sneaky enough to make it work. Sorry for the tech troubles.
