Octavia does not know that Stolas put up with years of physical and emotional abuse so she can have a "normal life". He makes mistakes but he loves her more than even himself. Octavia is such a sweet person, I somehow hope she won't find out until she is much older.

As for Octavia and Loona being friends, they definitely should be and I think canonically this establishes their friendship. Prior to this episode when the Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss characters had Instagram Pages, they already were but all of the stuff on their isn’t cannon anymore and at least some of them got taken down because people were getting “weird” with them.
