2024-03-21 08:22:30 +0000 UTCIn this setting Lucifer is the original Fallen Angel, King of Hell and King of the Pride Ring. Satan, meanwhile, is the King of Wrath, which is the second layer of Hell. The differentiation as I understand it stems from some old religious/demonology texts where they’re listed as separate entities and because in some interpretations of the Bible it’s thought that Lucifer referred to an actual human King whose fall was similar to Satan’s. I recommend checking out Cartoon Universe’s channel on YouTube. They have a lot of lore videos that are less rambling and more coherent than my explanation.
