2024-08-29 02:00:28 +0000 UTC8:40 For your question about ending sentences with "ne?", it's kinda the equivalent of ending them with "right?" in English. Like "It's so cool, right?" for example. "Na" is the more masculine (but not men-only) version of "Ne" in this context so you'll see that too. There's also "To" which is similar but more like an informal demanding question. You'll hear that when an anime character screams something like NANDATO?! (WHAT?!)

I have always thought that one of the themes of this show is about how people deal with trauma, so they give the audience some trauma in episode 1. Looking forward to future reactions! There is also a movie (skip the first half recap) and a second season if you end up liking it.
