While we don't know exactly, if you zoom in on it, it says 'Fizz's Eyes Only' and is sealed with a heart. Blitz also has a flower in his hand. Another fun detail is that the card in Fizz's hand when Blitz walks into the tent room says 'Wish You Were My Son' and Cash (Blitz's dad) is standing right next him.
