Extra Audio: Active Perks

This right here is a rough-cut of some extra content that was originally the script for a YouTube video I was planning on making but ended up scrapping into the Mission Prep series that's ongoing right now on my channel.
This video was going to be a deep dive into perks and their quirks and uses. I may use some of these in the future but for now they will live here, for your hungry ears.
