You guys should consider a 'Something Completely Different' category to view anime genera that you've never seen before. Topics to consider would be examples such as ... :Magical Girl. This genera has a large influence in Japanese culture, and to understand why, you have to see a modern Magical Girl series. :Villainess Isekai. This is the newest anime genre to become established, where a villainess dies and reincarnates into a younger version of herself and desperately tries to avoid her destined 'bad ending. Space Operas: Action/Drama series of considerable length. Outstanding examples would be Space Battleship Yamato 2199, as well as Legend of Galactic Heroes.
