I LOVED this movie Rick did not there was a QAnd an after that I told him he didn’t have to stay for because I knew while watching he wasn’t enjoying it . (I think he had other stuff going on) idk 🤷♀️. Regardless I meant to review by myself but kept getting pushed back and eventually I was like I’ll just review with Steph when it comes out so ya there’s that sorry guys lmk what you want me to do

You do a watchalong with steph, review it with steph and attach a 3-5 min review video by Rick at the end. It's important and enjoyable to know why somebody didn't like it as well. Although, I do feel bad that some people will take that personally and write a whole host of unkind comments.

From some of the comments here, you kind of expecting Bharadwaj Rangan / Anupama Chopra kind of objectivity from Rick. But then he is not a reviewer, he is like you and me exploring Indian Cinema for entertainment value and that's about it. So, it is what it is, ig.

I find the reviews when yall disagree to be a lot of fun (If it is a movie both of you didn't like I can understand not having a review of it). Just in the last year many movies that I have loved, Rick did not enjoy them at all but, doesn't mean I just want him to shut up. I like seeing the different take and trying to understand why. If I can't handle an opinion I know I can just click off the video. And at this point I feel like Rick understands that no matter what he says about a movie people will always have an issue unless it matches the same opinion they have. Now all that being said, I feel like Steph on a review would also be awesome because 1. Women Perspective 2. Steph seems to understand Indian culture really well when watching movies. Lol Sorry Korbin after writing this I realized it wasn't too helpful in making a decision, just more to think about.
