But as time went by and more movie watching experience, especially Tamil movies, gained by Korbin and Rick helped I guess.

2024-08-03 19:49:27 +0000 UTCRegarding flashbacks after the interval: Remember that the interval is a real intermission in India (10-15 minutes?) , so Indian audiences would not feel the change in pace in the same way we do watching the film all at once. I hope you can learn to understand the choices made for flashbacks, and scenes (love stories or comedy scenes) that are outside, parallel or flashbacks to the main story. Telugu Films still largely await your exploration after all and they are loaded with that kind of filmmaking, especially the 2000-2020's era mass films.

2024-08-02 02:01:37 +0000 UTCyou have also seen vetrimaran interview . he is my favourite director in india . he takes movies based on real stories (vada chennai flashback is loosely based on rajan gangster in 1970s in vada(north ) chennai where he was murdered by his own trusted friends on order of politician for money and power )and issues related to society. visaranai won 3 national awards and based on true story . another great movie based on true story is jhai bhim (both this movie will make you cry ).

Dhanush and the family belong to the oppressed caste and that is the root of all the evils that they have to go through that triggers the chain of events. But this story is very universal because it can also apply to the Black Community pre civil rights, or even now(especially in sundown towns) of US, or very much would apply to Palestinians, or the oppressed caste/communities/tribe people on South Asia, and many other countries where brutal oppression is in place.
