I know you guys love giving power to unknown films and that's amazing but please watch movies which are more mainstream as well. You guys have missed so many. I'm from South India and I'm still saying this. The majority wouldn't know this movie and wouldn't want to watch it more importantly.

This was a fair attempt. I think it worked more in theater than in OTT due to the fresh try in Malayalam. “Aavasavyuham” is another mockumentary in Malayalam that did well a couple of years ago although I doubt if you will feel similar vibes to this one because that also has a lot of cultural references. Btw, Gaganachari has a lot of political references from current day India and it seemed to point at the situation India could end up a few years down the line. That was actually a brilliant take. The cops and the Ajayyasena (loose translation to invincible force) represent the far right politics.

Very good review and very similar to what I also felt. Considering that the movie had a very low budget even by Malayalam movie standards, they ran out of budget 70 percent in their filming journey, so It's kind of difficult to be too harsh on them. Very valiant effort indeed.

They won't get the movie. They don't know cricket, they don't know vijayakanth, even though it's emotional, everything is based on and around cricket emotions. I really like the movie. I don't think people who don't like or understand cricket will like this movie.

Guys, I too was requesting them for watch along for Jana Gana Mana. However, I see the people crying and blaming them in comments and it's pathetic. They have the right to watch what they want and when they want.
