2024-10-06 07:34:17 +0000 UTCSince you have started making these videos again and I'm guessing that the things that you like are re-created by Steph later, I suggest you invest in a kadhahi (basically our version of woke) if you can't find kadhai then go for woke that works. Basically the mustard seeds or other things that splatter or fly off of oil are mainly cooked in kadhai that prevents these things from harming you as they stay within the utensil. So like any curry based dish or dishes with mustard or clove as a chhauk (basically its the step that involves heating oil or ghee and adding whole spices to it, the English word i found for it is tempering(never heard of it till now))
