She has so much artistic depth and skills that should be used better. Mean bully in reality which is a shame. Most of her staff and crew are petrified of her shouting and being petty sadly .. but a very skilled and natural actor

Guess I heard it in one BTS related to the making of Band Baaja Baraat / Ranveer’s audition. Believe she was also the assistant casting director for that movie.
