Also, you leave the computer plugged in because water by itself won't fry a computer that isn't - but also not the best way to dispose of a harddrive at all. Oh, and Veldora is just one of four true dragons, not that there's only four dragons in the world - the rest of them just suck.

The little Girl then got suck into a Fire Tornado, but i think the Person who we saw the Hand, maybe summon her before she got burned allive. Like Veldora said later in the EPisode. In the LN it was described that this guy was a Robber and was running with the Knife around the Street to flee from a Place where he stole some things, he then stabbed Satou " accidently " and was running away after this.
