Well he dont really gave them " Real "names to be honest. All he did was, if i remember that correctly, to Name them after the Settlement they live in, if they are Female or Male and a Number ^^ For Example, a Male who will live in the Mountain Settlment and is the 115th to get his Name, he gets the Name Mountain M115. It sounds kinda lame but if Monster get a Name they usually dont complain about that Stuff. And since he reused the Mana that he got from absorbing the Orc Disaster, he didnt used one Bit of his own Mana in the End.

You ever just get reincarnated as a slime, eat a dragon, wander into the forest, and create your own nation and geopolitical powerhouse? Yeah... me neither.

Also, if we assume that Rimuru spent 12 hours per day naming each orc spending 12 hours doing other tasks (although it could be the case that it was a full 24 hours each day - waking orcs up as necessary) that'd be a new name every 2.88 seconds at 12 hour days, or every 5.76 seconds in a 24-hour non-stop name-a-rama.

They split the Orcs into 3 Groups and they each settled on different Parts of the Forest (Only Geld and around 2000 Orcs that were under his Command followed RImuru into his City). One near a Mountain where they build later a Mining Town, and the other 2 somewhere in the Forest. The Feeding isnt a Problem, since the Light Novel explained that the Dryad in there " Refugium" have Treants, and they cant move, but they produce Fruits in Masses and they can satisfy Hunger with few Bites apparently, and the Lizardmen also support Rimuru and the Orcs since they live near a Giant Lake with Fishing. They´re doing it until the Orcs have finished preparing and building there own Fields and growing Grains and other Stuff that they need to feed themself. Rimuru is after he eat the Orc Disaster an Category A+ Threat Monster. The other Demon Lords are indeed far above him still ( There is something that he still lacks and dont want to go that Way for now)

already want to see next episode :D but i would really want to know how they intend to feed 150,000 orcs dunno how many thousand goblins,, dunno how many hundred wolfs.. :D hmm there are multiple demon lords.. someone already said Rimuru wasnt match in power with any of them.. not sure how much powerful he got after eating Orc Disaster.. and about Milim .. well you will see yourself :D
