God that punch to Araragi's face is so sudden it always surprises me xD. The phonecall with Hanekawa had some interesting lines and the banter between Araragi and Senjougahara starts to feel a bit more natural, maybe. I've seen the show multiple times but Senjougahara has always been a weird character to me xD New arc, new OP! Don't know if I prefer this one over Hachikuji's opening but I like both~ Quite the place to end the episode lol. Many questions and little to no answers. Regarding previews, yeah Bakemonogatari I think is the only one that has visuals for next episodes. Other series have spoiler-free previews, giving you other content and then the next episode title.

Understandably doesn't sit well with anyone. Like you said tho, luckily it was just played out as a joke and not really serious. Anime can get weird and sometimes you just have to sit through uncomfortable stuff.
