Fitorias Personality with Details from the LIght Novel. She's far more concerned with the fate of the world. She's also indifferent to the affairs of the denizens of the world. The only people she ever only interacts with are the legendary heroes, she doesn't like to interact with the other denizens of the world since they have disappointed her time and again with their petty squabbles. She is fed up with both Demi-humans and Humans conflict, so she abandoned them to their fate. She is disgusted at how the mortals try to control other being for their own cause with the exception of Melty who genuinely cared for Filolial Her concern for the world is so that she'd take extreme measures such as disposing of the legendary heroes should they be fighting among themselves. Fitoria is serious in her work and some times shows her filolia personality traits such as animal stupidity, forgetfulness, being glutton, hatred for dragons, etc. Naofumi see her as a child who pretends to be an adult. She devoid of any love for the world's residents and only care about the world. She has forgotten most of the things because of her longevity and forgetfulness, but still retain the important facts and gist. She mentioned to have survived for at-least sixteen generation and the reason for her longevity was never mentioned. Fitoria was raised by the previous Legendary Hero centuries ago. She witnessed the bitter end of the heroes who asked her in his dying breath to prevent anymore heroes conflict. she was tasked by the previous Hero to fight the waves in various uninhabited regions and also to dispose of the next generation of Legendary Heroes if they can't get along and work together as a team, so the world can summon the next generation of heroes and so the cycle continues. The Hero also emphasized the need for all to work-together to dispose of the threat of the wave. whether it is humans, demi-humans, monster, etc. But the people forgotten it and moved on to their desires. She mentions that there were many fights between the Heroes in the past before Naofumi and the other 3 heroes were summoned. According to her many heroes were summoned between her own master to Nafoumi's generation who also fought for no reason. She was also tasked of protecting the first place the First Legendary Heroes protected and other inhabitant regions which falls under her jurisdiction. She has been through a countless number of battles. She patrols the people's region in disguise of a normal filolia FItoria can Change her Size in her Filolial Queen Form. She can be a 15m- 20m big Bird, or can Change her Size to that of a Normal Filolial or a Humanoid Form. She also has most likely the Maximum Level Cap of Lvl.100, maybe even higher thx to the Fact that she was raised by a Hero. The Size Changing was described in the Light Novels shortly after she killed the Tyrant Rex.

yeah.. i dont get this either.. why are they trying so hard to make a name for themself.. because its a game.. i personally would never do that.. :D ok let me rephrase that.. not like i wouldnt want to have a name.. but i wouldnt pushing it.. just like Naofumi :D.. in most games you ''acquire'' name automaticly doing stuff.. :D

The whole reason they can't level up together is to push for them to separate, as we have seen, the shield hero and his team practically beat the latest wave on their own, which the other heroes SHOULD be on the same, if not higher level than him. However, they still think of everything as a game and are running around making names for themselves

ok so.. let me get this straight.. there are waves.. in each nations.. i guess.. 4 ? cause 4 heroes.. and they are supposed to fight it alone.. ? :D then.. whats a point of weapons to help each other (in wave fight not getting experience which they should be alone..) and also.. they had problems to beat 1 boss at wave three.. all of them together.. imagine similiar fights happen on other places :D that is either impossible or the heroes are doing terrifically bad.. and are very very weak.. :/

Here are some more differences: In the novel, Keel was a lot more scared, and asked Raphtalia to not leave him, at which point Raphtalia explained that she had to fight alongside the shield hero. While running from Tyrant Dragon Rex (I don't think its name was ever mentioned in the anime), Naofumi commented that the earth shook with every step, making it difficult for him to maintain his balance. This gave him a sudden understanding for those that tripped and fell during chase scenes in movies. Speaking of "the chokobo army," this is WAAAY overdue, but filolials in the books where literally introduced as "[they] look like Cho**bos, you know, from THAT game" so there is definitely major inspiration at play. The encounter Melty had with Fitoria was also included in the novels. The short version is, Melty was following some Filolial's, including Fitoria who at the time had disguised herself as a regular filolial, and they encountered some dragons, Melty attempted to fight them of and save her carriage filolial's life, which promted Fitoria to save her after she passed out. I also just remembered when you mentioned the crystal, I think it was implied that the crystal didn't exist before the dragon (that Ren killed) died, and he was planning on absorbing the whole thing into his sword, but his party adviced him to leave it such that other adventurers can collect materials.
