Adaption Notes for Episode 9 ---Klein's monologue about Laughing Coffin was not present in the novel. Instead, Leafa asked who Laughing Coffin were and Silica explained it to her. ---How Asuna knew about Kikuoka Seijirou's role in the event was not mentioned. Btw, the Silent Assasins is based on an «Accuracy International L115A3» Furthermore, the Novels revealed that " Sterben acquired the sniper by purchasing it from the game's Real Money Trade system using his monthly 500,000 yen allowance. " Adaption Notes for Episode 10 ---The scene where Kirito used a first-aid kit to heal up in the cave was omitted. ---The part mentioning the road obstacles that was slowing the buggy down and Death Gun getting closer was omitted. Also some other left out Trivia: In the novel, the scene where Sterben was riding the mechanical horse was later referenced in the A Murder Case in the Area story where Sterben (with his SAO Account, his Name will be revealed in the Next Episode) told Kirito that he would one day use a horse to hunt him down. This reference was omitted in episode 6 of the first season of the anime. Adaption Notes for Episode 11 (no Change for Ep12) ---In the novel, after Yui finished explaining the situation based on her research, Asuna immediately reached her hand out and carried Yui in front of her chest and whispered a thanks to her, as she knew that Yui's emotion processes were not strong and the research was thus hard on her. In the anime, all of this was omitted and instead Yui flew on Asuna's shoulder when Asuna started asking Chrysheight for Kazuto's location.

Done with the reaction. These four episodes feel a bit too slow but I guess they needed to get all those lines out as most of it was about dealing with Sinon's ptsd and figuring out Death Gun. Overall I still liked these episodes but out of the batches you've done, these group might be my least fav. Maybe. But there was some good stuff in it still. And the animation was cool when it wanted to be so that's always a plus. Hmm. If I was a mod in GGO and knew about the rumours regarding Death Gun, I would probably stop the tournament right then and there. But that could be a mistake. Like they hypothesized in the game, if the game is stopped and the players log off, and their hypotheses were correct, Death Guns could be standing right next to them irl. That could easily lead to unneccessary deaths. So on one hand I am on your side with the mods shutting it down but on the other hand it could prove to be a fatal mistake resulting in life losses. Technical stuff aside, that moment when Sinon was on the street in the city and just suddenly got shot down was super cool! Very well done. I also don't mind the cutting back to Kirito's friends watching the game inside ALO. Obviously we wouldn't have needed that much of focus on them plot-wise but since they are characters in the story, it's nice to give them some screen time, so that's why I don't mind that. One thing about the OP that I thought of: After Death Gun is on his horse, it cuts to a close-up of his face and then Kirito squirming in the background. Now Kirito has 3 shadows that are spinning around him, that could be the three Laughing Coffin members he had to kill and the memory of them is now haunting him! (someone can obviously correct me if there is another actual reason but that's what I thought of this time when seeing the OP visuals) Now we finally have a battle of Death Gun versus Kirito going on, can't wait until next month! I've found that I enjoy SAO a lot when I suspend some of my disbelief and just go along with the characters, enjoy the rule of cool moments or be taken in by the somber moments (as much as I can). Sinon's backstory really got to me in this arc. Good job.
