Grat Discussion, a reactor that understood straight away that the Scrunchie Kuchinawa she talks to while looking for his body and the Kuchinawa she talks to after becoming a god are two completely different beings. The first is just a fabrication of her mind, not even an aberration, to cover for her plot; and the second is the real one, the god that was revived after she swallowed the talisman. This arc is where the unreliable nature of the narration of the series finally becomes very evident. All the novels are written in first person and in the point of view of said character, so not only are we subjected to the limits of their knowledge of the events, but also to the exaggerations and lies they tell while describing it. Just think back to Araragi for a minute, he 100% exagerates some events, like the way his sisters wake him up violently, Hanekawa herself pointed out during Neko Shiro that the Fire Sisters had a cute way of waking her up (even if they were a little more aggressive with Koyomi, I don't think Tsukihi would really try to hit him with a crowbar xD) and I'd even say he definitely doesn't sexually harass Hachikuji as hard as he makes it seem. Next arc explains many things and lays the groundwork for the rest of the series, it's just a work of art. Looking forward to it :) (also, it goes withou saying, but be aware of post credits scenes from now on).
