The "preview" at the end of Nadeko medusa was just Nadeko imagining what her "final battle" with Araragi and the others would look, she imagined it happening like in a shonen manga where all the "good guys" fight the big bad guy because of her relation to manga.

Always funny seeing the reaction of people when they see all the girls from Suruga's class calling Araragi "legendary".
Most of those passages are omited in the anime, but it is said quite many times in the novels (specially by Hanekawa) that Araragi is famous arond the school, he is the only one that doesn't realize this because, as you probably already noticed, he doesn't pay much attention to people around him. He is famous for being a kind person that is always helping others, but mainly for being a "2 cool 4 school" delinquent that barely even attends classes.
He is, quite literaly, as famous for being THE Araragi-senpai as his sisters are for being the Fire Sisters, and for the same motives as well.
.
The place Kanbaru met with Numachi is also one we're acquainted with, it's the place where the abandoned cram school used to be, the novel specifies that's the site and that it had been kind of reformed, so the floor is all concrete now. I have no clue on why they cut that explanation in the anime.
.
One thing I love about this arc is how Kanbaru's character "feels different". Not really a matter of she changing, but a matter of we seeing her through her own eyes and being "inside" her mind. Before we could only see what Araragi saw about her, now we can have a deeper understanding on how she views things. One exemple is how she doesn't use her "perverted remarks" with anyone, but it's part of her relationship with Araragi, where both are confortable joking about such things with each other. No sexual demeanor was shown during her interactions with Ougi, Higasa, Rouka or Karen, but was immediately apparent when she messaged Koyomi towards the end.
.
Also, it's very easy to miss, but last arc Kaiki mentioned that he ran into Numachi Rouka, "an old acquaintance he met a few years ago in another city", he described. This sentence is in the first half of the penultimate episode for the arc, when he mentions he went to the abandoned cram school.
