2022-01-14 17:36:48 +0000 UTCMan the animation is getting really good. It was already good in season 1 and season 2 but Alicization just looks and feels cleaner. I think all episodes in this batch were quite good. I don't know if people generally dislike exposition episodes but I really liked that episode because it gave the rules of this world some grounding and for me enhanced the beliveability and immersion. I'm also glad that in the library they didn't go for a kiss and instead went for a hug, that was a good choice. The new OP has some really cool bits in it, but I think song-wise at least I like the first OP more. But the second OP makes it up with its animation. 2 more months/recording sessions until you're done with Alicization season 1! Story is starting to ramp up!
