Pure students are those who only enrolled at Shuchiin from the start and Impure are transfer students. Impure students are generally looked down upon, not the case for every impure student though. Edit: Also regarding the translation of the flier: I don’t remember what it is in the manga but in the crunchyroll version the flier wasn’t translated at all.
