So to explain what happened, Irumiiyu had a couple of desires/wishes...
1. Survive and live from the infection
2. To revive her bunny friend
3. To become a mother (with lots of children, just like her mother)
4. Based on how much she was suffering from the illness, she wished to have her physical pain go away
5. To save the villagers
The orange egg combined all the wishes and the result was that THING.
Wazukyan figured out that Irumiiyu and her children were granted with the power to overcome the illness(most likely predicted that it would be atleast one of her wishes), and so he made a soup and fed them to everyone.
Irumiiyu's children did not have the vital organs to survive because she always thought that mothers were all about giving birth, but she didn't think of raising the children(she's too young to understand that), so they were borne just to fulfill her purpose.
