colored this little guy from my sketchbook I shared a bit ago! been having a lot of fun with texture brushes that I got for procreate, it immediately made doing digital even more yummy :3

I definitely get that feeling in digital where I spend too much time hyperfocusing on line quality, so I find using more pencil/graphite/textured brushes tends to help me keep texture and essence in my lineart and since the brushes are imperfect it makes it easier to go with the flow!! it helps with tattoos too! I often draw a design too big, and by the time I print out the 3” stencil for a client all of my line art just prints smoothly bc we scaled it down haha

just spend the last 3 days in a migraine/vertigo haze, but coming out of it and aiming to continue drawing more halloween themed characters!! I’ve had chronic migraine/vertigo problems since I was born, so although used to it it always is debilitating and slows down work. ty all for understanding ♡
