RCE - Random Cat Ears (AV3 Layer Logic)
Added 2021-04-26 14:17:31 +0000 UTCLayers + Animations for random cat ears twitchies!
This system will allow you to have ear twitches that are completely randomized. Please watch the video for a tutorial on how to set this up on your model.
Important
This system does not use write defaults and requires you to mask your FX layer. Please watch this video by my friend Cam#1959.
I cannot guarantee that the system will work as intended if you do not follow this.

- You can use this for personal as well as commercial use.
