Initial D Arcade Boost Gauge V3.0 Beta 4

Auto scaling now detects render resolution instead of screen resolution. (Should fix the scaling issue with windowed mode.)
Theme switching without restarting the game. (CSP live reload required.)
Added "Reset to Default Position" button.

HOW TO (Latest Custom Shaders Patch required)
1. Drop & Install D Turbo v3.0 beta4.7z through Content Manager.
(Or extract D Turbo v3.0 beta4.7z to Assetto Corsa's root folder.)
2. Enable "D Turbo" in Content Manager -> Settings -> Assetto Corsa -> Apps -> Activated apps.
3. Activate "D Turbo" from the sidebar in game.
4. You can toggle "Theme", "Scale" & more settings through "D Turbo Config".
