Leaving the Cat Hotel 😭
Added 2020-10-03 15:00:01 +0000 UTCThis morning I had to check out of the cat hotel 😭A very sad day indeed. Wish I could live there! All of their cats were so friendly, and clearly enjoyed all the human interaction which was nice to see.
Often at cat cafes you'll see lots of the cats hiding in corners because they're not the sociable type and they're a little overwhelmed with all the people around, but all the kitties at this hotel seemed to be very comfortable with humans and would even come up and rub against me or sit on my lap 😻
The hotel is located near Hakone, a famous onsen resort town! Also well known for its views of Mt. Fuji, so after checking out I climbed a hill and tried to find a nice view - but this little bit peeking out of the clouds was all I got, haha. Maybe one day I'll see it.
