This is really exciting!!! 👀❤️

Hey guys!! Wanted to share these photos with you as I've been working on these postcards behind the scenes for months now, and they're finally ready for the Neko Neko Post shop! ❤️

Neko Neko Post started as a curated Japanese stationery subscription service, but we really want to grow it into something bigger so we can have the capacity to support local cat rescue shelters here in Japan. We decided to start with postcards, and will eventually move into other items like greeting cards, notebooks, totebags, stickers and such. 

The postcard designs were decided on by Ushka and I, and painted by local Tokyo artist Erica Ward (with our boys as models)! You can find her on instagram at @erica.ward.illustration - go peep her work, it's pretty amazing✨

We are currently designing some thank you cards to package along with the postcards, so once those have been completed we'll have the postcards up for sale in our shop! (www.nekonekopost.com/shop)

We'd like to come out with a few more postcard designs, so I was thinking we could hold a fun little competition here on Patreon to see who can come up with a great postcard design idea! Only requirements would be that it involves our cats Maro and Pippin, and the setting is somewhere in Japan. (No artistic skills required, just need a concept sketch! Stick cats are perfectly acceptable😂) But I'll go into more detail about this in June when I've decided on the prizes :) (So far I've got some Animal Crossing flocked dolls - they're super cute, you'll see them in my video coming out in two days!)

Hmm what else is new... not too much really, been focusing on Neko Neko Post and organizing my home this month because April was a bit hectic so I let everything go to shit😅😂My next video is just a chill evening at home with Maro, I got him something really cool - can't wait to start using it! Again, you'll see it in the vid - don't want to spoil too much haha. 

OH and I've really been putting a lot of effort into eating healthy this month. I signed up for this meal service that sends you recipes + the exact amount of fresh ingredients you need to make it. It's quite convenient because my little fridge doesn't hold very much. Here's the veggie stirfry I made for lunch today with tons of fresh veggies, and a korean japchae from last week! These were probably both a 9/10 - super delicious. 

I also ordered this cool suction cup workout thingy, I really don't know what to call it! I've been wanting something like this for years but didn't know it was actually a thing that existed. I always struggle trying to find somewhere to latch my feet onto for crunches so I'm so stoked to use this! Hope it's good. You can also use exercise bands with it to do various exercises, it looks really fun. I'll let you know if it's good or not, it was only $20 though so I guess I shouldn't expect too much😅
