One of the biggest players in the corporate world of Neo Babylon, the immortal Rakshasa Anizhar is the beloved head of the Maharaja Corporation, with his backwards hands dabbling in nearly every magitech business venture in the city while he schemes from within the comfort of his decadent lounge, The Oasis, within the corporation’s towering arcology. The corp specializes in both the fusion of magic with technology, and in urban development and housing, providing free accommodations for any downtrodden citizens willing to pledge themselves to being one of Anizhar’s Good Boys™ (which he claims to be a gender-neutral term). His reach is so vast that the entire Neo Babylon economy now runs on his own proprietary cryptocurrency, Goodboy Points (gp). While his public persona is that of a doting old grandpa eager to uplift and take care of the struggling masses, in private he still harbors old grudges against the cyberdemon Noir for transgressions in ages past, and seeks to disrupt the fiendish feline’s dealings at every opportunity.
