It's a tie! What?! How could it be a tie?!
What I did not explicitly include in my original post is that members of the Tiers 1) The Founders and 2) Huntsman Graduate, counted for two points per person.
That mechanic certainly made for an interesting outcome that even I did not expect. I will include a screenshot of the count without sharing any details below.
So what now?
Well looks like I'm going to write both scenes!
Which would be canon to my coming fic? Let's see how my muse decides!

P.S. Rule of Cool goes hard every time I imagine a scene in my head that I wish I had talent for animating or drawing to at least show it visually.

Pirate, Captain, King It's going to be a lot shorter than Pineapple Jam but will be a fun sidequest for me to start writing War/Kingdom fics. P.S. This is also that Jaune Arc, Skypirate fic I was already planning a few months ago.
