Really love the conversation already between these two, they are a really fun pair to dialogue with. CT is great with just about *anybody*, yeah, but they have a special kinda lifelong friendship-relationship that gives them a different kinda twist that I always appreciate digging into. You do just that here, with the way they can be more direct with each other than others would be. Aaaaaa BigCone's admission in 6 so fawkin' good. That face, half-amused, half-regretful. It's captured so well. "But that's all her" -- such a great line from CT. She's not insulting Tex as much as she's saying the plain truth: what that woman does is for her, on her. Doesn't mean she thinks they shouldn't follow her, but it DOES mean she wants some good reasons to give up that (understandable) skepticism.
