Heck yeah, our little color hack makes it all jive. And you rite, Simmons would sooner avoid confrontation. Poor bastard has to fight his own team's bad ideas enough. Yes though, Reds and Blues are at their best yelling across the line, you gno it. I always panic especially about Church with how pale he is and when I'm shading him that it stands out too much...but then once ya get it locked down with the background/foreground colors, mmm. It all comes together and he looks as good as th'others. (Guess I got me a weak spot for learnin' to make pale-fur-ass characters feel properly represented) The verbal exchange between Simmons and Church is great, right up the alley of both their personalities. It's extra great because, werewolf aside, Simmosns probably COULD take Church p. easily. But far more fitting for him to skitter rather'n face him head-on. LOVE the faces throughout this page, but Caboose (I KNOW I KNOW) in 3, Church in 4 and EVERYONE in 5-6 are hot winners. Simmons's pose especially in 6 makes me grin, ya capture his energy so goddamn well. These long back-and-forth convos and banters are so nice to get back to. Our colored amigos (...lmao you can't just say 'colored' like that) have such fun rapport both within their teams but of course also across enemy lines. It's nice having that again and it feels hella appropriate to dash in all the comedic slivers amongst the gloom 'n doom reality.
