Kender Aces
Added 2022-03-09 13:41:44 +0000 UTCYesterday, D&D released their first Unearthed Arcana in months. The Heroes of Krynn UA centers on the Dragonlance setting.
Among the character options is the oft-maligned Kender race, which appears to have received a bit of retconning to their thieving ways. Now, they keep random items like an ace up their sleeve.
However, the Kender Aces feature has some quirks. It makes you roll a d6 on a table which references four other tables. Most of those allow you to choose an item from among them. But, they're also restricted by cost (and sometimes weight).
Since that's an absolute nightmare to parse in the moment, I made a combined table to make the mental load a little lighter on players.
