It’s probably more because they use it as a goal for themselves to finish. Since they’re doing the chapters real time, things are gonna get delayed. If the comic was already complete and they were just uploading bit by bit, It’d be different. Using the date as a deadline probably motivates them, but sometimes they’ll have to choose between good quality and the deadline they set, and I’d much rather the quality.

Posting this here since i don’t rly know where else to ask, are you ever gonna talk abt shufen?? I remember there being a character sheet of him, but he was never mentioned again. It mentioned he was the youngest Tanaka sibling but being five just doesn’t add up to sakuras death, (or at least that I’m aware of ..?) just curious to know if he was just a concept / idea, or an official sibling.
