Pledge Protection Procedures!
Added 2018-08-02 18:24:43 +0000 UTCHey everyone! I just found out that some people's pledges are being declined due to 'suspicious activity'. This was caused by Patreon moving their headquarters to the UK recently. When the charge goes through the bank, the sudden shift in location makes the bank suspect theft(or something like that, I use Paypal myself so honestly not sure the specifics), and declines the pledge. If this has happened to you, you will need to call your bank to confirm the charge.

Few people like receiving the triple P ;) As for the artwork, for future pieces I plan to do something different. Rather than a regular poll, I will have people comment about what they want the art to be. Then, other people can like those comments. The 'winner' will be the suggestion with the most likes.

2018-08-02 22:48:09 +0000 UTCYeah, I just know that a lot of people had their charges declined like that because of the migration, so I wanted to make sure people were aware of it. Patreon said that they are emailing people who had the problem so that they know how to fix it.
2018-08-02 22:32:13 +0000 UTCYeah, not sure on that one. I joined this patreon at 2 a.m. yesterday. This one went through immediately. The others were declined. No charge was attempted for the old ones either. Meaning Patreon never updated their local time zones or time stamps for old payment servers, however they chose to do their time zone migration.
