There is nothing really that as a bystander I could do, so I am not going to write something that will not change anything. I will however write what I believe is important to hear/read under such circumstances - [you] stay safe and well and with courage to move forward. Having written that, I have to point out that in this chaper there might be an error as you write 'caucuses' where it should be 'Caucasus' if you mean the region and not a meeting of sorts that is called caucusus.
