Increasing Patreon Rewards!

So much that I have built up enough of a surplus of chapters that I can double the tier rewards for the 2, 5, and 10 dollar Patreon tiers, and STILL have a chapter left over for buffer. So I thought... why not do so, and make these chapters more easily available to all of you?
