Was worth a try. But even if Dale himself couldn't use it considering what the gods and goddess' plan to do with their incarnations having something like a Hyperbolic Time Chamber would be beneficial especially if this becomes a regular thing since they are not bound by the same time restrictions as Dale until an invasion actually starts. After all not everything Dale obtains for his worlds has to be a direct benefit to him because even if he can't use something but his people or deities can to become stronger it would still be as good.

As has been said before, the time that the Keeper experiences is the Keeper Standard time, unless the system itself does something to alter that. So a Hyperbolic Time Chamber would do more harm than good for Dale personally.

This just came to me but while he can't fast forward when descended in a world why doesn't Dale create something like the Hyperbolic Time Chamber from Dragon Ball Z since it would allow for more time to train even though not much actual time has pasted. The only fallback I could see with such a device is the resources that it would take to create it which would be easily twice or a hundred times more than what is required to create a Fairy Gate especially if it had to be specially made to make sure someone doesn't age while they are inside. Also, even with a Time Chamber there is no one to practice certain abilities on so it would be a slow grind of skill levels. Another is that while the incarnations of the gods and goddess' could make full use of such a device Dale himself might not have the patience,yet, to stay in such a place for long. On that note with all that anime from Old Earth recorded why doesn't Dale dip into that for inspiration for new systems since their is bound to be a lot of stuff that some would not have thought of yet.
