Now I wonder could this be weaponised, for an invasion, raise a few gods that can create a new universe when invading set that universe to speed up, while placing a powerful race in it. then when they have developed for 30 billion years send them to attack the poor invaded universe. I guess high tier magic could have the same effect. Overall i must say that I found the universal creation a bit to easy given hat the power level has risen constantly and sometimes with bigger leaps but he is not even at the galaxy level civilization so being able to create a universe like that seems a bit of a stretch cheat.
