Dale told her that two of the orbs would raise the cap by one quarter, and each one was +50. So, two orbs would bring it up from 400 to 500, and the last two from 500 to 600. The next orb, which is located on the 20th floor, will raise the cap by +100, showing that the difference between the 19th and 20th floor is greater than from the 18th-19th
