They have. There just hasn't been a pressing need to put them directly in the spotlight. Even with this church, it's only because the Council doesn't accept the idea of equality among the deities, when only Bihena and Aurivy are responsible for Fyor.

I wonder considering Dale's big reveal with all the deities why hasn't an organization that represent all the deities like the church mentioned in this chapter been created?
