Chapter 531: Bittersweet Victory

Chapter 531: Bittersweet Victory

I think Family has an overlap with both Love and Unity. The Star domain seems the best choice for her first domain, but doesn't this overlap with Tsubaki? Quite frankly the whole "overlap" stuff is rather ridiculous even though Dale doesn't even have ten True Gods yet.

Why not stick with Star and Family for two of her domains? As far as I know nobody has those.

I'll confess that it still doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me, if only because Vanity's troops could be fought by mortals. But then again, I suppose the mortals that catch Dale's interest wouldn't be normal ones, which may be skewing my idea of how powerful Dale's planets are. In my head, I imagine Vanity's troops popping up on Earth and then either being used by Scarlett to explode her population of getting accidentally eaten by one of the world destroying entities that Dale and Terra haven't noticed/forgotten about/can't tell Dale about. But that is probably the exception rather than the rule. Quick aside, I've been trying to hunt down the first and second fan mail readings but can seem to find them. You wouldn't happen to have a link? Or remember the chapters that had the links? Thanks in advance for the link and apologies in advance for the strange questions I'll be sending you next round of fanmail!

Looking forward to the next chapters. and the next inversion, I guess the attackers will get trickier or more dangerous as he goes up in the tiers?

In short, aside from the Fallen God, Fleece, the rest were each rated to be roughly on par with 200 of the monsters that he killed from Vanity.

You have to keep in mind the scale in this case, as well as the individual strength. Imagine if those three million monsters from the other invasion had appeared in a populated area, as opposed to a nearly uninhabited planet. On the other hand, imagine if one thousand troops of this strength were to instead land on an uninhabited world with next to no connection to the outside. Although the circumstances of their arrivals were such that the three million monsters appeared to be simply cannon fodder, they could have easily wiped out an entire planet's population on their own, if presented an area where they could reproduce faster than Dale and Jonas could kill them.

And that 75000 was 1/2 due to ranking up

The points at the end seem... Odd. Vanity's tier 1 invasion gained Dale 75,000 points, yet this one only gains him 27,000? Vanity sent roughly 3 million insects which were cleaned up in a week or two by Dale and Jonas because the power of gods was so far above the rank and file as to make the numbers meaningless. Yet, an invasion that sent one god and one man on the cusp of godhood is worth only a little more than one third of Vanity's invasion? You'd think he'd have earned more.
