It does require two parties to work, I will confirm that. She just didn't want to mention it without knowing the full process, because that would only get Bria's hopes up without any way to realize those hopes.

However, if he doesn't literally use that array at the birth of the universe as he did there, he can't use it on more than a few solar systems. Which means he can't use it for something like all of Spica and Lorek.

While it is obvious that either the system has to create one, or Irena has to provide one from the cycle of reincarnation, the real question is which will bring what kind of pro's and con's with it. But I would find it somewhat anti-climactic if one person alone would be able to create a child, so I hope that a partner is necessary for it to even work.

While I had no problem with - and even took Divine Slimes for granted, God-killing Slimes weren't something I had even begun to consider. But why didn't Udona tell Bria about the possibility of getting pregnant despite possessing an energy body? I doubt that her still being unmarried was the whole reason for it.
