That's also why Cultivation style worlds are so much larger by standard, with each being roughly the size of our sun. More room for their population to grow, so it's not impossible for them to get back up to speed if they send out an attack in moderation

I guess that such a world would on the other hand need longer if they launch a big inversion to recover if the don't need to restart. while a keeper with quickly repopulating monsters. Would be able to regain their strength pretty quickly?

Standard Time, the time by which the Keeper Games is measured, is the same measure of time that the Keeper themselves perceive. If the Keeper enters an accelerated world, it is not their perception of time that accelerates ahead of Standard Time, but rather every other world slowing at the same rate. Cultivation style Keepers like Balu grow slowly, often taking a long time between each promotion due to the need for them to personally cultivate their power. However, such worlds are often more stable, as the widespread means of cultivation and unusual cultural knowledge serve as obstacles for invading forces.

This got me thinking: if a keeper wanted time to cultivate, could he descend into the world with time sped up, so that he had time to do it? Otherwise I don't see how a cultivation focused keeper could keep up with the demands of increasing his personal power without just abusing the "copy everyone's powers" cheat.
