The reason that it's Accalia is purely because of how new the concept is. Accalia's the type to immediately study a new feature as soon as it comes out, leading her to know what is going on. Meanwhile, Keliope is focused more on her own training and martial arts, as you said. If this were a feature that had been out for several weeks now, Keliope's understanding of it would very likely surpass that of Accalia's.
