All right, so there are still two or three pending people in the system, but we've sent out most of the reward mails for April! It all seems to be working, and there are now many rewards in process. A few of you were curious about how rewards would work vs. what you might be used to back on PayPal. As of now, with the number of email requests we have received, it can work the same as always. That is, stories can be continued from month to month, and people that opted for a story reward one month can switch to a crayon reward the next month and vice versa and so on. This all depends on people being reasonable (if the amount doesn't cover postage for example, requesting a crayon every month would be a stretch), and it also depends on the raw numbers, of course. Things have been going great -- these are surely the kind of problems we want to work out! If we ever need to adjust the system, we'll be sure to announce it well before the next cycle begins so everybody can react. People have offered some interesting ideas about how we might adjust, from shared rewards in the Creations area to a raffle for random rewards if the numbers get very large. For now, everything is good and everybody can have their own stuff. Hopefully that clears up any confusion. Please ask if there are still questions.

I have intentionally not replied to the rewards email, since.. Well, I don't need any at the moment! I'm already listed as a Champion, I already got a crayon drawing in the past, and my month-to-month contribution is below what I'd call decent to request a new one. I'd rather have Zach rest a little! Maybe later, when several pledges accumulate.

You should anthologise them every few months in an ebook on Scribd or Amazon and charge a couple of dollars. Wouldn't be a goldmine but you're already doing the bulk of the work. Or make it a level reward, say ten bucks a month or more pledge gets you the pdf that month. (Needless to say, but I'm saying it, I think you set the bar too low on rewards, but it's just a reflection of you guys generosity of spirit.)

These details are in the reward email... but that doesn't get sent out until a pledge clears, so we should probably put them somewhere else.
